There will no doubt be another four or five articles about CoreLife Eatery before it opens, and several more after it does open. Meanwhile small, family run joints on Western and West Main streets never get mentioned at all.
Why is this? Well, I’m guessing its because family-owned restaurants are shoestring operations, while a chain restaurant has a bunch a corporate money dedicated to advertising.
The Journal Star really ought to try to be less of a pimp.
